Trick question, but the youngsters at Shelyn's summer nutrition class know.
They had just made the famous French dish. And they can tell you that only vegetables go into ratatouille, a fact that their young taste buds obviously appreciated. Everyone said it was pretty tasty.
The young chefs had been expanding their culinary repertoire for the past month. The Rowland students had already learned to prepare Indian dishes, as well as Mexican cuisine.
