The Nogales
Tune in to local Walnut Cable Channel WCTV-56 during the month of February for a feature on the band and their fundraising needs to march to New York. The feature story airs daily on "A Week In Walnut" at 7 a.m.,
2 p.m., 7 p.m. and 11 p.m.
During their past 2006-2007 season, the Nogales Regiment Marching Band have received numerous awards, including being named the California State Marching Champions in the Western Band Association’s 4A Division. The regiment also performed at the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu , Hawaii
In order to participate in the Macy's Parade -- Nogales Band students need your help. Please consider a donation of $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 or more. Every donation received helps the Noble regiment get one step closer to their fundraising goals. There will be 160 students performing in this great event. We estimate the cost per student for participating in the Macy’s Parade to be approximately $1,500. This includes airfare, hotel, food, and bus transportation. The total estimated cost is $272,000.
Now, our major challenge is to raise sufficient funds to send the regiment students to the parade. Your gifts and donations are vital to this effort. We welcome any amount of support. All donations go directly to the Nogales High School Noble Regiment.
