BLANDFORD ELEMENTARY HOLDS 50th CELEBRATION FRIDAY, FEB. 15
“Looking Back - Going Forward”
ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA – FEBRUARY 14, 2013 – Blandford Elementary in Rowland Heights, one of the highest performing schools in the Rowland Unified School District, will celebrate its 50th Anniversary tomorrow, February 15 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. The community is invited to the celebration featuring student choral and string performances, along with tours of Blandford’s new beautiful modernized campus and library. Past student and staff alumni will receive special recognition, including a special welcome from two former principals.
Festivities include: Flash Mob by Second Graders, Special Song Performances, Dedication of Tree and Recognition of 6th Grade Student Artist Ellen Wei, who designed the 50th Anniversary Logo.
