| Santa comes early to give shoes and socks to more than 150 children in need Wednesday, December 14, 2011 8:45 a.m. – Noon Thanks to the West Covina Sunrise Rotary – who raised more than $3,000 from their annual “Day at the Theater” fundraiser – Rotarians, Payless Shoe Store Elves (with a little help from Santa) will give 156 students from ( 8:45 a.m. – Students arrive at Media Contact: Gina Ward, Rowland Unified Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
