Parent Conferences-Shortened Day Schedule

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES: Conference week is 9/20-9/24. We have early release M, T, Th, F. Wednesday is a student free day.

Teachers, you can do Zoom meetings unless a parent wants an in person meeting. In that case you can opt to conduct the meeting outdoors.
- Question: Can teachers do Zoom conferences from home on Wednesday?
- Answer: Yes, teachers can do Zoom conferences from home on Wednesday. If any parent(s) requests an in-person conference, the teacher will need to do that meeting at school.
We will not use the Fall/Spring parent conference intervention forms anymore.
Home/School Compact: We will once again review the Compact during conferences. Your time on this can be grief. Lizbeth sent them to repro so we will have plenty of hard copies. You can also share digitally (they are on the school website here)
All classrooms will need to be vacated by 4pm during conference week to allow for classroom cleaning.
