Dear RUSD Instrumentalist Parent,

You are receiving this notification because according to our records your student has chosen to be in a band or string music class for the 2021-22 school year and is requesting a district instrument.

Below are the dates and times that we will be distributing instruments to students who have registered for music classes for the 2021-22 school year

NOTE: All instruments have gone through a sanitation process that will follow district and county regulations.

Day 1- Instrument Distribution
SCHOOLS:
Hurley, Blandford, Hollingworth, Shelyn
When: Tuesday, August 24, 2021
Times: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Day 2- Instrument Distribution
SCHOOLS:
Telesis, Oswalt, Northam, Rorimer, Jellick
When: Wednesday, August 25, 2021
Times: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Day 3- Instrument Distribution

IMPORTANT: Parents must attend only their assigned instrument distribution date and time (by school). Due to strict social distancing mandates, we are not able to accommodate large attendance gatherings. Limit one parent and student when picking up your instrument(s).

The Rowland Unified School District has an EXTREMELY LIMITED number of instruments that are available on loan to families. You will be issued an instrument on a first come, first serve basis. We CANNOT GUARANTEE an instrument will be available for your student at the time of pick up. Because we have a very limited amount of instruments we strongly encourage parents to consider renting an instrument from a local music store.
