Public Hearing December 11: Notice Adoption for Energy Conservation Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education ("Board") of the Rowland Unified School District ("District") has scheduled a public hearing to consider approval of a resolution formally adopting findings required by Government Code section 4217.10 et seq., regarding anticipated energy cost savings and other benefits from entering into a proposed Energy Services Agreement ("agreement") with Climatec LLC ("Climatec"). Pursuant to the proposed agreement, Climatec LLC will provide services to the District including, but not limited to, design and installation of energy infrastructure improvements at various sites such as indoor air quality measures and HVAC modernizations. These infrastructure improvements will result in energy cost savings for the District. The resolution and supporting documents will be on the regular Agenda for public comment and proposed action. The public hearing will be held at the Board's regularly scheduled meeting on December 11, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. held virtually at https://rowlandschoolsorg.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_qpDxWgAERx6SR4L6YgioQg. The hearing will be open to the public, and all interested persons in attendance will have the opportunity to be heard.
