T-DAP Mobile Clinic For Incoming RUSD 7th Graders

This is a reminder from the Rowland Unified School District that all students entering 7th Grade must submit proof of having their T-dap booster vaccination to their school’s office prior to August 14.  Students will not be able to register, pick up their class schedule or attend school, until proof is provided.

Please submit proof of your child’s T-dap booster to your school office. Tdap vaccinations are available at the following locations:

On Monday, August 7, there will be a special one day clinic at Alvarado Intermediate from 8 AM to Noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Other Locations:

East Valley Clinic located at Villacorta Elementary - 17840 Villacorta Street, La Puente (626)913-4333. Hours are Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday 8 AM to Noon. 

From August 7 to 11t T-Dap shots will be available at the Family Resource Center, located at Northam Elementary - 17800 Renault Street, La Puente (626)964-4798   from 8 AM to 11:30 AM.
