The West Covina Sunrise Rotary's annual Socks and Shoes program provides the opportunity for 100 students pre-selected from an RUSD school to go to the West Covina Plaza Mall and select any pair of shoes and socks they wish at the Payless ShoesSource. This year students from Yorbita Elementary will attend.
