The Rowland Heights Community Coordinating Council will be honoring three Rowland Unified Schools that are based in Rowland Heights for their state achievement of receiving the 2016 Gold Ribbon Award: Jellick Elementary, Shelyn Elementary and Ybarra Academy of Arts and Technology.
