T**The Baldwin Park CHP Office cordially invites teenagers 15-19 years old and their parent/guardian to attend a free Start Smart Class. The primary objective of "Start Smart" is to provide teens and their parent/guardian with an interactive safe driving awareness class which will illustrate how poor choices behind the wheel of a car can affect the lives of numerous people.
