ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA -- Rowland High School Senior Track & Field star Nick Rivera will sign his national letter of intent with Texas Tech University tomorrow, February 1 at 2:30 p.m., at Rowland High School in the Hideout. Rowland High School is located at 2000 S. Otterbein Avenue, Rowland Heights.
