The Rowland Unified School District is now accepting applications for CHOICE Open Enrollment within the district for the 2012-13 school year from families that live within the Rowland Unified School District. TELESIS ACADEMY IS EXEMPT FROM THE CHOICE OPEN ENROLLMENT PROCESS. TELESIS ACADEMY WILL HAVE AN APPLICATION PROCESS IN JANUARY OF 2012. ONLY if you wish for your child to attend another school within the Rowland District you must complete the required CHOICE Open Enrollment Form. The form is available for pick up at any school site in the district or from Pupil Services Office at: 1928 S. Nogales Street, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. One application per child must be submitted. Do not fill out a CHOICE Open Enrollment Form if your child will continue to attend his or her school of residence in the 2012-13 school year. If your child has a sibling(s) attending the school of choice you will be requesting, you must submit a CHOICE Open Enrollment Form and indicate that the student has a sibling(s) attending the school of choice. Placement of the sibling(s) is pending space availability. November 1, 2011 Application forms available for pick up at all schools and Pupil Services office. January 20, 2012 Last day to turn in the form to Pupil Services by 4:00 p.m. NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Parents will be notified by mail of their CHOICE status.
CHOICE Open Enrollment Form will be forfeited.

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Rowland muy pronto estará aceptando solicitudes para la Matricula Abierta (CHOICE) dentro del distrito para el año escolar 2012-2013 para las familias que viven dentro del Distrito Escolar de Rowland. TELESIS ACADEMY ESTA EXENTO DEL PROCESO DE CHOICE INSCRIPCION MATRICULA ABIERTA. TELESIS ACADEMY TENDRA SU PROCESO DE APLICACIÓN EN EL MES DE ENERO DEL 2012.
SOLAMENTE si usted desea que su hijo/a asista a otra escuela dentro del Distrito Escolar de Rowland debe completar la solicitud de Choice Matricula Abierta. La solicitud Choice Matricula Abierta podrá obtenerse en su escuelas de residencia o en la Oficina de Servicios para Alumnos situada en el: 1928 S. Nogales Street, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Una solicitud por hijo/a debe ser entregada.
Si su hijo/a tiene un hermano/a asistiendo una escuela por Choice Matricula Abierta, y desea que también asista, debe entregar una solicitud Choice Matricula Abierta. Por favor asegúrese de indicar el nombre del hermano/a que esta asistiendo a la escuela elegida por Choice Matricula Abierta. Los hermanos/as serán considerados para asistir a la escuela solicitada siempre en cuando haya espacio disponible.
1 de noviembre del 2011 La solicitud es disponible en todas las escuelas y en la Oficina de Servicios para Alumnos.
20 de enero del 2012 El ultimo día para entregar la solicitud en la Oficina de Servicios para Alumnos. La solicitud será aceptada hasta las 4:00 de la tarde. NO SE ACEPTARAN SOLICITUDES DESPUES DE ESTE DIA Y HORA.
24 de febrero del 2012 Los padres serán notificados por correo del resultado de su solicitud Choice Matricula Abierta.
23 de marzo del 2012 Los padres deben haber completado y entregado los documentos de registro para su hijo/a a la escuela solicitada por Choice Matricula Abierta o haberse comunicado con la escuela solicitada por Choice Matricula Abierta para esta fecha o pierden su derecho a la Choice Matrícula Abierta.
Transportación: Transportación a la escuela solicitada por Choice Matricula Abierta es responsabilidad de los padres.
Recuerde: La fecha de plazo para entregar la solicitud es el viernes, 20 de enero del 2012 hasta las 4:00 p.m. Solicitudes enviadas por correo o recibidas después del la hora y día de plazo no serán aceptadas.
