Registration Round Up

During Round Up you will be turning in all the opening of school registration materials that will be mailed to you in July. Therefore, we can start school smoothly and begin instruction as soon as possible. By filling out your forms prior to the first day of school your child's seat in Blandford is assured. As Blandford is a very popular school, we have children on a waiting list to attend. If a student does not register, we can then let students on the waiting list into Blandford.Therefore, it is essential that you make arrangements to register your child during the School Registration Round Up August 16-18.

In order to minimize your wait time, we have assigned you an appointment time for Round Up. Please use the information provided to determine when you will need to come for the School Registration Round Up. Use your child's last name to find the date and time slot for your child.

If you do not register you child during Round Up it may impact their placement at Blandford. If you will not be in town during Round up please contact the school as soon as possible.

Required forms to be returned:

1. Enrollment Identification Sheet (white)

***Must have 3 emergency contacts listed, other than student's parents

2. Student Pick Up Form (gold)

3. Blandford Donation Form (yellow) **

4. Parent Notification Form (blue)

** These forms are optional

Also, Blandford PTA will be available for membership renewal and T shirt sales during this 3 day event.
