| Santa comes early to give shoes and socks to more than 150 children in need Wednesday, December 14, 2011 8:45 a.m. – 11 A.M. Thanks to the West Covina Sunrise Rotary – who raised more than $3,000 from their annual “Day at the Theater” fundraiser – Rotarians, Payless Shoe Store Elves (with a little help from Santa) will give 156 students from ( 8:45 a.m. – Students arrive at shop at Payless Shoes until around 11 a.m.!
