The Rowland Heights Chinese Association will celebrate it's 20th Anniversary on Sunday, September 19. The Fundraising event will feature many talented Rowland Unified students, including student artword and performances by the Rowland High School Show Choir, "Infusion" under the direction of Jolene Sampson, and the Elementary Jazz Band directed by Laura Tovar.
