School Registration Round Up

During Round Up parents will be turning in all the opening of school registration materials so that we can start school smoothly and begin instruction as soon as possible. It is essential that you make arrangements to register your child during the School Registration Round Up August 17-19.

In order to minimize your wait time, we have assigned you an appointment time for Round Up. Please use the information provided to determine when you will need to come for the School Registration Round Up. Use your child's last name to find the date and time slot for your child.

If you do not register you child during Round Up it may impact their placement at Blandford. If you will not be in town during Round up please contact the school as soon as possible.

Required forms to be returned:

1. Enrollment Identification Sheet (white) ***check for accuracy***

***Must have 3 emergency contacts listed

2. Student Pick Up Form (gold)

3. Blandford Donation Form (yellow) **

4. PTA Membership (green) **

5. Parent Notification Form (blue)

** These forms are optional

Also, Blandford spirit day T shirts, water bottles and sweatshirts will be available for purchase through PTA during this 3 day event.
