If you are interested in buying a reserved senior parking spot, here is what you need to do:

Starting on Thursday, August 12, 2010, you can come by the ASB Office to pick up an application. Spots will be sold on a first come, first served basis with the application filled out properly starting Friday, August 13 at 8:30am.

You will need to bring a copy of your insurance, registration, and CA drivers license. You must purchase a senior parking spot in order for you to paint your bumper. When you have received your spot, you can paint your bumper.

Regular parking spots may not be painted under any circumstances.

Before the actual painting of your parking bumpers, you must show Ms. Urbien your sketch so she can approve it.

The painting of your reserved senior space will take place on Friday, August 13, from 8:30-1pm. or on Monday, August 16, from 8:30-3:30pm.

In order for your sketch to be approved you must follow these guidelines:

• The only writing allowed is your name or an acceptable nickname
• Tagging is not allowed
• No signs or symbols

You must provide your own supplies to decorate your bumper [paint (not tempura paint), paint brushes, etc.]. Only paint is allowed on your bumper, there is to be no paint/painting on the ground. Do not paint the TOP of the parking bumper. Be original, respectful, but most of all be creative.

The weather will most likely be bright, sunny, and hot so dress appropriately and bring sun protection.

SPRAY PAINT is not allowed.
