The purpose of the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission Hearing on November 6, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the gymnasium at Rowland High is for the Commission to gather public input regarding a proposed amendment to the Rowland Heights Community General Plan.   Amendment would increase the density from U-1 (50 units total=current) to U-5 (537 units total=applied for).
