McDonald's Night Fundraiser for Hurley Elementary Wonder of Reading Library

Hurley Elementary is honored to be selected as the next site of a new Wonder of Reading Library. The wonder of Reading Foundation is committed to inspire in children the love of reading. With their support, Hurley School will convert two classrooms into a new and improved library. Plus, Wonder of Reading will provide training for volunteers in a new one-on-one Reading Support Program.

 

The school must raise additional funds to match the grant, to be used for additional building costs, shelving, furniture and books.

 

 

Teachers and staff will put on their chef hat and cook up some funds for Hurley Elementary thanks to McDonald's! Hurley PTA will provide bus transportation for families to attend the event at the McDonald's - located at 15628 Gale Avenue - one block West of Hacienda Blvd. in Hacienda Heights. Proceeds for the evening will go toward Hurley Elementary for thier Wonder of Reading Library.
