Want to sharpen your job skills, explore a new hobby, improve your English proficiency, earn your Citizenship or earn your high school diploma or GED? Then be sure to attend the Rowland Adult and Community Education (RACE) Open House held during Adult Education Week on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Open House will be held at RACE’s main campus at 2100 Lerona Avenue Rowland Heights .
Attendees will get the opportunity to explore the wide range of classes offered by RACE, visit classes in session and speak to current students and instructors. The adult school has been serving the community for 36 years. The event is free to the public and light refreshments will be served. Free street parking will be available.
