**Featured speaker with be Robert Lewis, from the Rowland Water District. *While our area has received a lot of rain in the last few weeks, Los Angeles County is still needing to conserve water for future use. Join us to learn more!
**Also plans will be discussed for the annual observance of Save Communities Week - April 7 - 11. The Kick Off event will be held at Rowland Heights County Park on April 5 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
The Festival is a time to celebrate the role all facets of the community play in promoting a safe, secure and peaceful environment for all to enjoy. Among those involved in the planning are Los Angeles County Board of Supervisor Don Knabe's field office, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Los Angeles Fire Department, Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Department, Rowland Unified School District and its Safety and Drug Alcohol Tobacco Education Program (DATE) and Operation Safe Community, a non-profit community coalition.
