This series of ten classes is designed to help parents develop better strategies in dealing with discipline and other issues of raising children. There is no charge unless this class has been taken before or unless the participant resides outside of Rowland Unifed School District. No babysitting is available. This course meets requirements for court or Community Day School, but participants must attend all ten classes to receive a certificate of completion. This series is given twice a year, with start dates on September 11, 2007 and February 5, 2008. Classes are available in both English and Spanish.
