Operation Safe Community (OSC) is an organization of local business, educators, law enforcement, religious leaders, and public officials which meets monthly to network and to discuss safety issues in the local community and plan events. The featured speaker for the October meeting will be Gina Ward, Public Relations Coordinator for Rowland Unifed School District. She will be sharing the exciting district website that has recently been reconstructed to provide up to date information about the Rowland District and the community. OSC will have a link which will be visible and accessible to the public, about the organization, its meetings, activities, and events.
