Stephanie Vidal Ayers is an exceptional educator whose dedication and passion for teaching shine through in all she does. She creates a welcoming, supportive classroom where students feel valued, heard, and encouraged to succeed. Stephanie builds a strong sense of community, empowering students to take risks and support one another, where students develop a love for learning and grow academically and personally. Her active involvement in the Ybarra Academy community includes building strong relationships with parents and staff, contributing to a cohesive, supportive school culture. Stephanie plays a vital role in the Student Success Team, providing targeted interventions and advocating for students who need extra support.
